What it does

  • Surround compressor with an upper and lower threshold for high and low levels.
  • The lower threshold compresses quiet audio upward, so dialog and ambience stay audible.
  • Separate components for 5.0 and 5.1, with 6 discrete channels of compression.
  • 5.1 offers 5 link modes and 5.0 offers 4, assigning up to 3 sidechains to different channels.
  • Automatic makeup gain, independent cut or boost of 3 linked parameters, and dither.
