What it does
- Models the Altec 1566A tube mic preamp, a design used on 1960s Motown recordings.
- Drive breaks up into harmonic distortion in the way the original unit does.
- A Bias switch gives a choppier, misaligned tone, and a switch brings back the original line noise.
