What it does
- Models an optical tube compressor from the early 1960s with slow attack and a subtle tube distortion character.
- Adds drive, new ratios, parallel compression through dry/wet, and a sidechain section with detector filtering.
- High Frequency Make-up compensates for treble lost in compression.
- A stereo link switch toggles linked gain reduction or dual-mono operation.
- Works within the Console 1 mixing system.
