What it does
- A compressor that does its gain control and makeup gain in the analog domain, on McDSP's APB hardware.
- An analog version of the BITE control lets selected transients pass through for extra punch.
- An Auto button sets attack and release from the signal level, and manages the ballistics itself.
- A custom saturation circuit sits before conversion back to digital, catching large spikes.
